Jessica Gallant is an acclaimed actor, singer and creator from Prince Edward Island whose career spans stage, screen, and music. Currently, Jessica is starring as Princess Anna in Theatre Aquarius's production of Frozen. She most recently created and starred in the sold-out world premiere of Becoming Dolly at the Charlottetown Festival, and is set to make her directorial debut with the original short film Edna (2025), supported by Film PEI.

In recognition of her impact on Canadian arts and culture, Jessica was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal of Honour in 2025.

Her screen credits include Accused, Tell Me Lies (Disney+), Reign, Diggstown, Man Seeking Woman, and the CBC Gem short In My Heart. She stars as a series lead on Bell Fibe’s The Community Players.

On stage, Jessica originated the role of Aphrodite in the North American premiere of Mythic, earning BroadwayWorld Montreal’s “Performer of the Decade.” At Soulpepper, she helped create Alice in Wonderland with Bad Hats, winner of multiple Dora Awards. A Charlottetown Festival favorite, she has performed in nine seasons and was only the second Islander ever to play Anne Shirley in Anne of Green Gables – The Musical™.
